Your bag/case uses a TSA-accepted combination lock. You open it with your code; no key is included. At airports, TSA can open it with a master key for inspection without damaging the lock.
Quick steps to lock:
Place each zipper puller into its lock slot.
Turn the dials to your code and press the side button to release/open.
How to set/reset the code (first time):
With dials on 0-0-0, press the small reset pin on the side with a pen until it clicks. (a)
Turn the dials to your new code. (b)
Press the large side button once (c); you’ll hear the reset pin click back. Write your code in a safe place.
It uses a rigid EVA shell and heat-insulated, multi-layer construction made from fire-resistant materials independently tested by SGS (UL-94 VTM-0 & glow-wire methods). This design helps shield contents from heat, flame, smoke and embers during incidental exposure. Performance varies with intensity, duration and proximity. 30-day returns/exchanges. Items must be clean, unused, with original packaging/tags. If we shipped the wrong/defective item, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, we can provide a prepaid label and deduct it from the refund.
